VEGETAL OIL, LUBRICANT FORMULATION & USE

The objective of WP8 is to develop formulations of bio-lubricants that could receive the Euro-Ecolabel award.

So the general objectives of WP 8 are:

Formulation of the lubricant bases (raw vegetal oil and derivatives) developed in the WP4, 5, 6 and bio-additives (WP7) in accordance with the performances required and the labels’ book of specification.
Pre-formulation by the research centres and final formulation performed by the SMEs.
Performance assessment for obtaining European ecolabel
Industrial transfer of the lubricant bases for the industrial testing.
