WORKPACKAGE 11

The objectives are to ensure project’s success.

The work package focuses on :

• Administrative coordination, assisted by the project’s secretariat
• Financial management, monitoring and consolidation
• Technical coordination
• Extensive communication (intra- and extra- consortium)
• Specific managerial tasks (exploitation & dissemination, training and eco-biolabel managers)

It includes the preparation of meetings, the development of a quality assurance plan, the use of an internet platform, the management of legal and contractual aspects related to either contract amendements or partners’ legal status.

It also includes strategic issues (wrinting and updating of the Consortium Agreement, IPR, plans for using and disseminating the knowledge, etc).
